False alarm!!
Okay....so this morning I was woken up by contractions. By 5:15 they were every 3-5 minutes. So we got to the hospital around 7 am and turns out I am great as far as contractions go but I wasn't dilated. So... I got sent home. :( Unfortunately there is no way to tell for sure when you're dilated even if you are having frequent contractions for long periods of time. It's still a waiting game. They won't help me dilate until he's another week or so along but he will be worth the wait. :)

It is getting so close! You will have to call me when he comes! I know you will, but I just had to say that because I am so excited for you! Good luck! We love you!
I can't wait to meet him, and especially see little Lexi give him loves. She's so excited!!!
This waiting game IS frustrating. It's funny, but I have been experiencing the exact same thing!! I went in to the hospital on the 17th in preterm labor, they gave me meds to stop contractions and I took them for about a week. Now I'm off of bedrest and the meds and waiting for "nature to take its course".
Ever since going off the meds I've been having random spurts of regular contractions. 15 min. apart here, 10 minutes apart there. And then they'll stop.
I've never experienced this before so now it's just a waiting/guessing game until the real deal hits.
Good luck! We'll get through this together!
K Shelley...you are KILLING me! :) You'll know what I mean!!!
